Hot Wing Mini Cakes

Until now, I have never had a hot wing sauce quite like the one used to make these. It's literally mouthwatering....spicy...and tangy, which is everything you want in a hot wing bite. Definitely a step above the rest, and the reason why I have been craving this taste since I had it last.

Apple Fritters

These apple fritters are so simple to make. I dipped mine in some caramel sauce, but maple syrup is the more traditional route. Either way, they taste like Fall.

Salt and Vinegar Potatoes

Any fans of salt-and-vinegar chips out there? I don’t eat potato chips now that I am outside my youth, but back in the day I could have enjoyed a nice bag myself. These roasted, smashed potatoes take all the delicious flavor from that traditional combination and bring it to a whole new level. A more grown-up, distinct level if you will. Yet not in a complicated manner- thank goodness! Who really wants to complicate the potato? I mean that’s the whole beauty of the potato- the many simple ways it can be made delicious!

Apple Crisp

There isn’t anything quite like warm apple crisp, fresh out of the oven with a large scoop of ice cream served on top and melting.  It’s just about the easiest dessert to make with fresh apples.

Waldorf Lettuce Salad

This is Katie's special salad, we made it for a holiday dinner.

Baked Oatmeal

You may think you're biting into a warm-from-the-oven oatmeal cookie with how good this breakfast treat tastes. It's wonderful served with milk. —

Mini Cheeseburger Pastry Bundles

Petite burgers get jazzed up with melted cheese and puff pastry to create an appetizer everyone will adore. Vary the cheese and ground meat in a multitude of ways for ever-new, go-to hors d'oeuvres.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Skillet Dinner

This dinner makes me so happy.  It’s pure comfort food in a skillet, so you might want to make it asap for your family.  You are likely to have most of the ingredients in your pantry which is always nice!  I honestly use my cast iron skillet on a weekly basis.  They run about $20 bucks!
This is a nice and thick rice dish that is hearty and rich.  I like to top mine with a few dashes of hot sauce, oh baby it’s good!  Hope you enjoy friends
